Very quietly and modestly, Stooker Specialty Coffee is swiftly positioning itself as a major player within the Amsterdam speciality coffee space! When my wife and I travelled the Netherlands, I asked many of my coffee friends to recommend roasters and/or cafes. Within my coffee career, I have never heard so many coffee lovers recommend one coffee roaster/cafe as much as Stooker. Once I tasted Stooker's coffee, I knew I needed to feature them on the My Coffee Marketplace platform so that others could experience their incredible coffees!
For those of you who don't know Stooker Specialty Coffee, let me tell a little about them and the story of how Onno and Florian (Co-Founders of Stooker).

Onno has been at the forefront of the specialty coffee scene since 2008. A little later he opened a pop-up bar and shared his brews with the local coffee loving community. In 2011 Florian walked in and he was presented an unwashed coffee from Panama. He was blown away and decided to join forces with Onno to expand the reach of speciality coffee. Over the past years they've continued build sustainable relationships based on sharing the same beliefs behind coffee. Some of the relationships they've built have surpass a decade and this is something they are view proud of.

Stooker is has always been transparent about what’s going on in the industry, how it's changing and growing concerns that need to be addressed or considered. From seed to cup they show you the process and the impact of each step has on the communities and the environment. They are involved in every step, acting with conscience and without cutting any corners. Their goal is to define a new standard for fair and sustainable practices in the coffee industry. Stooker believes that coffee can be a source for good where everybody benefits and they are here to prove that.
The finest bars, hotels and restaurants worldwide have all taken notice of Stooker as they are adding their coffee to showcase and share with their customers. With their current lineup of coffee, I can understand why!
